Well in essence Whitehills is open 24hrs 7 days a week through our web site and client portal. I just thought I would shamelessly promote it as such.
Our client portal allows for a secure login area that can maintain your accounting and taxation affairs. This means that when you are looking at going to a financier you can simply logon onto your designated area and simply print off your last few years tax returns or the relevant financial statements (as a matter of policy we do suppress TFN's for obvious reasons).
Another option is to upload your data files to the secure area rather than having to go through the process of burning them to disc and then sending via the post or courier. On the reverse side we can also make adjustments and upload the file to your area for you to download when convenient. Once again you will get an email advising that there are files to retrieve. Of course you are not limited to data files any type of file can be filed there.
If you do not currently have a client login simply telephone the office on 07 3231 9100 and we will set one up for you. You will then receive a user name and password (which you can change to your own personal password on the initial login).
For security purposes we do not have access to your passwords but if you do lose them we can simply trigger the system to issue you are new one automatically.
